I had this happen to me with the Starbucks offer. It didn’t show that I had it until I went to submit it. Try this- go to redeem, take just any picture, then claim and see if it shows up. You can cancel, since it’s not the receipt. I don’t have the Luvs offer either until I do this- now I can go buy this for my first grand baby who I’m expecting at Christmas!
