   I submitted my receipt, recieved a reply without a promotional code for Fandango. I am not sure what went wrong.

  I’m so frustrated Lol. I’ve texted in my receipt twice now and they never get back with me after the automated message is sent ugh. I called the number that is listed on this page and she said that she could no help me. Can I ask what email you used?…I don’t see one on the Coppertone website, maybe I’ve overlooked it :-/ . I just sent HELP on the text thread…waiting for a response lol

   I submitted my receipt at the beginning of the week and got the text that they will respond within 48 hours. But never heard nothing :-/ . guess I will be calling them
