   I have lotions, soap, etc in my cart, over $40, mostly retired ($3-$7) items and it says the items in my cart are not qualified for the coupon code Ilovesale 🙁

  I used code S175889 from retailmenot.online and it took the $10/$40. My order was all $3/$3.25 foaming hand soaps. Make sure your before tax and shipping total is $40 or more.
