      I just chatted with them. They said it’s for loyalty customers only. But without even prompting they emailed me a code as a courtesy.

          No she told it’s for returning customers who have placed a order before.

            That’s odd. I’m a returning customer who has placed an order with them before but still didn’t get the rewards email. Should I chat with them?

              It’s a random selection of customers. It could hurt. I’m not returning customer and it took me 2 min to get a code emailed. One time courtesies are awesome

    I did receive the email and tried to order a pair of shoes and I couldn’t get it to work through the checkout so when I called I had the most awesome experience with their customer service department and he said to go ahead and apply the coupon see it all the way through and then you’ll see the discount at the very end.

    I’m pretty sure it’s not a coupon but a reward linked to your account so you can’t give them to someone else

      Correct at least from my conversation with them. It has to be used with the email it was sent.

      Yeah they cannot be transferred. Only directly to the email sent.

    Got the email last night… However it is not a code in an email it is just $30 in your account on zappos… When you go to check out it is there as a form of payment so it CAN’T be shared… Got sandals and slippers for myself and my daughter… Yahoo!!!

    I couldn’t remember my password, so I clicked on forgot password to retrieve. It sent to my email and I updated my password. Then I went back to my email to do a search to see if I had gotten an email from them regarding this. Nothing came up but 6PM.online, is that the same onlinepany (merger)? Just curious. I don’t think I’ve shopped at Zappos before, but I have at 6PM. Anyone know? Needless to say, no such email to me…sniff.

    I didn’t get it either so I chatted with customer service as suggested in the above onlinements but all they could tell me is that they aren’t aware how accounts were chosen for the promotion and although I’ve been a repeat customer for years he concluded with “Better luck next time”
