Are you a Papa John’s Rewards member? If so, be sure to check your Inbox or Spam/Trash folders for a possible email with the Subject Line “Swing for FREE Papa Rewards Points! Click to Reveal Your Mystery Bonus…” from the email address [email protected]. If you did indeed receive this email, scroll down as it contains a unique promo code valid for up to 25 FREE Bonus Points (expires May 21st).

To use these bonus points, just log into your Papa John’s Rewards account, enter the promo code from the email, click apply and the bonus points will be added to your rewards account. And remember, you can score the following freebies with points:

10 Bonus Points: FREE Cheesesticks, Breadsticks, Garlic Knots or any Dessert
15 Bonus Points: FREE Medium Pizza

Hi Rose! Here is how they list the steps to redeem your points in the details:
“From the My Rewards page, view the available rewards you can redeem and click Redeem on the one you want
On the Confirmation Page, confirm promo code by clicking “Apply & Customize”
If required, in the Pizza Builder, begin customizing reward.”

None for me, and then I checked and for some reason my email alerts were turned off in my account– I know I went in and turned them on awhile back when the birthday rewards came out! Dang it, lol!

This is crazy. I just spent 30 minutes trying to order. The first time I put in my code it said I earned a free medium pizza. I put one in my cart and it’s still full price. I remove all the toppings, still full price. I go to my rewards and it say I don’t have any. I enter the promo code again and now it says I’ve exceeded the limit of uses!!

Where do I put in the code? I cut and paste it in promo spot and says invalid. Do I have to type it in? Or use app? Or onlineputer? TIA

Hi Chris! Here are the steps they list to redeem the points! Also, sometimes a mobile device can cause issues, be sure to try on a desktop if possible.
