  Anyone know if you can use on the go ordering and go through the drive thru to pick up?? I go to DD almost daily (ugh, bad habit) but never use the on the go ordering b/c I have my kids in the car and don’t want to drag them out just to grab a coffee.

  You can use it for pick up, when placing the order it will ask if you are driving through or going in store. When in line to pick it up you just tell them you placed an order for (name on the DR acct).

  Don’t waste your time with the online ordering. They don’t make the orders ahead like Starbucks, which IMHO is really stupid. But it could just be the DD in my area. Anyway, it was a total waste of time, since I still had to wait for my drink & food. It wasn’t like Starbucks where I could just pull up to get my order.

  You have to order, then click the button that says you are ready to pick up. They make it easy to order earlier, then notify the store that you are almost there.

   Don’t add gift cards to the Dunkin app! I loaded a $10 gift card and someone hacked my account and used my gift card. I looked this up on google and I’m not the only one. People who have linked their credit cards have lost 100s of dollars on the app. I don’t trust the app. Plus, customer service wasn’t easy to reach or extremely friendly. Stick with physical gift cards for this one. You’ve been warned!

  Hi C.D., I thought I didn’t get it either. I was a little bummed out because it was for my daughter, but something told me to refresh the gift card and it just added the $5.00 to the balance. HTH

  I had a lot of trouble signing up – kept getting error messages – and when I finally got signed up I was not awarded the bonus $5. So disappointed! 🙁
