   Papa John in my area has really bad service. I placed an order to 3 large pizzas. When I found a coupon code from my email, I called immediately back to provide the discounted code, they would not accept it since the pizzas are in the oven already. onlinee on, the order wasn’t changes. It only required to enter the discounted code. Well, I should have just cancelled the order and they would have been with 3 pizzas without a payment. But I was nice and paid the full price for 3 pizzas. However, they just lost my love for Papa John’s Pizza going forward.

  That’s rough. I LOVE my Papa John’s stores in my area. Excellent customer service. Fast delivery (although I tip well, so that may be part of it too.)

   Was able to finally get this code to work once, but after 45 minute of trying to get it to work a second time we finally gave up and ordered the next two from Pizza Hut. The Pizza Hut order with code took about 15 seconds.
