And some of you lucky Dollar General shoppers may also score a $5 coupon valid toward a future qualifying purchase when you spend $5 now. This coupon appears to be limited to select regions/locations – my sidekick did not receive this coupon at her local store.

One more reason I’m not a Dollar General fan. I did indeed have the coupon on my receipt, Appearing to be the exact same coupon picture here, but in the picture that they show in the ad they blocked out the part where it’s five off of a $25 qualifying purchase. Basically the same exact coupon they offer every Saturday.. Only if I remember right this one was limited to Pepsi products or Frito-Lay or something like that

Hi there Sarah! I asked the store manager at my local DG and she said that everyone gets the $5/$25 however some areas get the special $5/5 coupon as well! Sadly my area is not one of the locations to receive the bonus $5/5. 🙁

  2. Sarah

Ahh. Thanks for the heads up Angela! I read the small print underneath the coupon in the email I received, and when I checked my coupon it looked the same but said five of 25. I guess my store isn’t one of the lucky ones, for some reason that doesn’t surprise me based on the quality of the Dollar General near my house!

Can you onlinebine this offer with coupons? Is this a coupon or an offer/sale? So three coupons for the cereals and also the DG offer for free milk after you buy three cereals? Thanks for the help!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Hi Maria! Yes, you could use cereal coupons with the milk offer above.
