DIY Easter Egg Wreath
If you’re looking for a cute and unique homemade decoration this Easter, consider making this simple DIY Easter Egg Wreath using mostly dollar store items! It was a fun and easy craft to make and looks great on my front door.
Easter Egg Wreath
Supplies Needed for this Craft:
- 12 inch Styrofoam Wreath Form
- Plastic Easter Eggs (I used about 50)
- Faux Onion Grass (Grass pictured is from Dollar Tree)
- Glue Gun & Glue Sticks
- Ribbon for Hanging Wreath
Directions:
1.) Glue eggs in a row along the top of wreath, alternating colors.
2.) Glue another row towards the middle of wreath, and a 3rd row towards the outer edge of wreath.
3.) Use scissors to cut small groups of grass and glue between eggs to fill in the bare spots. (For a more uniform appearance, I glued grass going all in the same direction.)
4.) Glue Ribbon to back for hanging.
Note: If you didn’t want to use this style of faux grass you could alternatively use the type of grass typically used for gift baskets or Easter baskets.
