   At my Target store, I cannot use the Cartwheel $3 coupon and a manufacturer coupon simultaneously. I’ve had this happen before with other items, but I had it happen with this onlinebination specifically as well (I was able to load the $3 Cartwheel last week and tried using it with the printed mfr coupon). I’ve inquired in the past about this, and I inquired again last week to confirm, because I thought I could use a Cartwheel & manufacturer deal simultaneously. What I was told both time was that (as with their Target printable coupons), some of the Cartwheel deals are now mfr deals that don’t count as Target coupons but as mfr coupons. The $3 Tide one is a mfr. deal, I was told. And what this means is that you can use one or the other (Cartwheel or printed coupon), but not both. I asked if there was any way to tell which Cartwheel deals are mfr deals, and what the most recent manager told me is that the ones that are percentages off are Target, and the ones that are specific dollar amounts off are manufacturer deals (and will therefore not stack as additional discounts on top of printed coupons). I don’t know whether everyone else will experience the same thing, but in my stores, that’s what their system is doing automatically, and the managers at customer service do not override this (I’ve asked). So maybe that explains why the $3 Cartwheel isn’t loading right now? It may be a manufacturer limit!

  Hi there! You can use a Cartwheel offer and a printable offer for each of the items you are purchasing. For example if you are grabbing two Tide detergent items the Cartwheel Mfg. Offer would apply to one, and the printable coupon would apply to the other. They will not stack or apply together on just one item. Hope this helps!
