   I purchased my Villeroy and Bach set in Germany 20 yrs ago. It is a beautiful porcelain set. I use many of my serving pieces everyday.
   I’m certain I paid over $100 then for some large serving pieces.
   You will love it!

   Thank you Collin!! I have been looking at a new set of dishes for over a year and this is perfect!!! I live chatted with Bloomingdale’s and asked if there were any coupons available. I ordered 2 sets and saved 10%. Soooo excited

  No,after live chatting with Bloomingdale’s and asked if there were any available coupons. They gave me a code and it worked. Try asking thru live chat. Sorry, I didn’t save the code and don’t see it on my order.

   Thanks for posting this deal and the tip on chatting with customer service. I have been super impressed with Bloomingdale’s customer service – it’s exceeded Nordstrom in my book. So yesterday I ordered the dishes online and picked them up at my local store.

   Pros: Beautiful, well made, nice shade of cream, great price, made with lead free glaze (called Villeroy)
   Cons: Soup bowls are very shallow (hold 8oz), on the box called “rim soup plates” and “deep plate”. They’d be perfect for stews.

   So now just trying to decide whether to buy the expensive a la carte rice bowls since we eat soups daily. 🙂
