  I got a refund because they did not post the Prop 65 warning and I did not want them. Customer Service was very understanding and refunded me right away.

    Hollar sucks! Everything breaks and is super cheaply made. You end up paying more than you would at a dollar store. The candles that were posted on here awhile ago where totally gross. One literally was called leather and smoke. Really?? And of course, it didn’t tell you ahead of time what the smell was. I wouldn’t reonlinemend Hollar to anyone. Total garbage, that’s made to look like it’s on a super sale. Just go to your local 99 cents store.

    I bought something back in the summer from Hollar, posted here. Never received the product and when I called the customer service, though they were nice, the rep told me wait altar 10-12’weeks for delivery. By then, the summer was finished and I wouldn’t be able to use the product anyway. So I called again to cancel my order and get a refund, they said they couldn’t because it was too late. I explained the situation and how I was told to wait for shipping. After going back and forth with them to get a refund, (mostly me calling) I gave up by end of November. Though, the customer service people were nice, it was obvious that they weren’t going to refund my money, they kept saying I needed to talk to this person, and that person would tell me to talk another when I finally got hold of them, and so on. And finally I chalked up the amount. I had already spent many hours worth more than $25. I had also ordered a drinks pitcher with t that cute faucet. It came without the lid. Again, despite emails and calls, I just have a glass jar without a lid that I can’t use. Nothing against all you people who have your links posted, and even though I really like the organizers, I am very weary of ordering anything from Hollar. I wished it was another onlinepany that was offering this, I so badly want/need some these.
