  It seems to be better than the Target deal since that one is 91 cents a roll, but that’s also for giant rolls vs. big rolls here. But you also don’t have to spend $36+ to get the good pricing, so I’m leaning towards the Staples deals personally.

  As best as I can tell, here is how it breaks down:
  Staples: each package has 485 sq feet; price of $9.00 each package = cost of $0.0186/square foot
  Target: each package has 366 sq feet (this is from what I can tell from zooming in on details); net price of $7.25 each package = cost of $0.0198/square foot

  So technically the Staples deal is just a hair better (and a smaller investment if you don’t want to stock up).
