Did this last month when offered. Was super easy on the store side. onlinee to find out the item I ordered was older than a year old and it now in the discount stores for half the price. (doesn’t affect offer)
I did want to let you know the $10.00 credit didn’t appear until earlier this week and was supposed to be the Nov. 30th I think.
was supposed to be the 7th so it was only a week late 🙂

I never got mine earlier. I emailed a few days ago and never heard back. IT is supposed to show up in your rewards(not in email)
Mine showed up both in an email and in my rewards acct… However in the email it said it was only worth $5 but in my reward account it was the same number and showed $10… It was worth $10 and I had no issues used it on Monday…
Hi, I have received the $5.00 (which was the first one Collin posted), and I received my $10.00 (which is the second one she posted). I got both of them on time and they came in my email. The email is titled “Here’s your $10.00 free store pick up reward!” , and dated 12-7-16 for the $10.00, and the $5.00 is titled “Here’s your $5.00 free store pick up reward, and it came on 12-3-16. Mine weren’t in my Rewards account and I screen shot the $10.00 one and used it in store yesterday (the cashier scanned it from screenshot) with no problems.
I got my credit, but only got $5 🙁
Not sure if I’ll do this again.
Got my e-mail on the 7th! Said $5 on the e-mail voucher so I logged onto my Toys RUs acct where it said $10, and spent it no problem.

Krishna…my reward said $5 but when I typed in the number, $10 was deducted
I think it was a glitch because my email title stated $10.00, but inside the email the voucher said $5.00 (I called and was assured it would be for $10.00). It actually was the correct $10.00 when I used it yesterday.

I did 2 separate deals last month for a $5 reward with in store pick up and both were totally as described and I used the rewards (separately, couldn’t use them together) on a free shipping day no problem.
Check for a Groupon email, I got an offer for a $10 gift card for $5
If I use my $10 certificate from last time towards a purchase will I still get $10 this time?
