   Just as a warning, Lord and Taylor is experiencing problems with fulfilling orders in a timely manner. I ordered something on the 1st and finally received an email today saying it will arrive on the 14th. By the way, I have shoprunner too. When I’ve called for updates (before I received that email) customer service simply told me, “Sorry, they are just really busy with orders in the wear house.” If you look at their Facebook page people are onlinementing with similar experiences on some of their posts. Just thought I’d pass that on. Moose munch is really tasty and would make a nice gift but if you are ordering it as a gift I would just be concerned about receiving it in a timely manner. If it’s just an order for you, then maybe you won’t mind the wait and it’s worth the deal. Just my one cent (used a coupon). Ha ha and Happy Holidays!

   I had a terrible experience with returning something to Lord and Taylor . I packaged two orders together and included both slips. I only received a refund for one of the items. I’ve called them three different times and have been kept on the phone for half an hour each time. Their customer service reps are rude and condescending. Basically, I can’t prove that they made a mistake, so to this day they still owe me $14.50 and I’m just have to accept it as lost. They definitely have lost my business.
