    What kind of games are they (Staples) playing? After confirming my order for the Cascade, charging it to my account and telling me it would arrive on 10/18, when I tracked it per their email the message read “THE RECEIVER DOES NOT WANT THE PRODUCT AND REFUSED THE DELIVERY. / THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.” Huh? A “chat” with Customer Service revealed that they were out of stock. I’m so disappointed with Staples!!!

  Believe it or not, the Cascade just showed up on my doorstep. They honored the $2.45 price and the paperwork says it was shipped on October 17. Life is interesting, is it not? : )
