      Same here. Live chatting again at 48 hours and they said i didnt click the box to agree with terms and conditions. Did that…less than 10 seconds later i had my code. 🙂 hope this helps!!

        I downloaded the app about 4 hours ago and didn’t get an email. And I don’t remember seeing the “I accept terms and conditions. ..” earlier. I went back to the app, saw that terms and conditions part, and remember your post. Clicked that part, and checked my email. Voila! My code was there! Thanks for the tip😊

      Did you do it from the app? I tried it directly from the email and I never got the offer email. When I downloaded the app and joined the rewards program from the app, I got the offer email within a minute.
