   Has anyone else ever had trouble ordering from them? I can not checkout, and this happened last time, too. Their customer service people are so rude – this is the second time I have contacted them and they told me it wasn’t their problem and hung up on me. super disappointed. 🙁

  Yes I had so many problems. I accidentally shipped to my old address and I called right away and they told me it already shipped and then shipped 5 days later. Ask to speak to a manager cuz when I did they fixed it and I got $20 back
