Speaking of backpacks…last year I bought my daughter a Trans by Jansport backpack. Through the school year the inside pocket had gotten torn. Since they have a lifetime warranty, I sent the bag back and it says they will either repair it if they can or replace it for free (I just paid to ship it to them).

Today I received a box via FedEx, and it was from Jansport. They sent my daughter a brand new backpack in a different pattern that she really wanted. They have awesome customer service!! My point is, if you get a Jansport on sale somewhere, it’s worth it because they really stand by their products!! 🙂

The same with Herschel, they don’t even required the backpack being sent back to them, just some pictures of the product made unusable by making some cuts, no shipping, no hassle.

Yep! LL.Bean too! My husband had one from school that took him to college then a working adult. The bottom for worn from a laptop and we brought it in and they game him a brand new one like 15 years later! It only lasted him a year and then he got a new one again. The gift that keeps on giving!
