  This is the downfall of my opinion of Apple. Their customer service stinks! I have the Apple Watch and the Fitbit Surge. I’m pretty outdoorsy, active and apparently very ruff and have cracked the screen on both Apple & Fitbit. Apple wanted almost the price of a new watch to fix the screen. Without any questions Fitbit mailed me a brand-new Surge.

  I love Apple customer service. Why should they replace your watch face when you clearly broke it. Next time by Apple care.

  I love how Fitbit stands behind their products without having to spend more money on additional warranty’s. I had an issue with my screen as well and received a brand new Charge in 2 days.

  I tried at my local Walmart Supercenter, but when they verified the price they said they won’t match it if it’s out of stock online and unavailable within a 250 mile radius at any Best Buy, since that’s the store I was trying to price match. It was so sad because they had a shelf full of them! I should’ve gotten one this morning when I first saw the post! I just waited too long… My fault!
