This pie is a creamy frozen delight that's both easy to make and delicious to eat!
Ingredients
For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 7 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
For the Filling::
- 6 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate, semi-defrosted
- 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
Optional Garnish:
- extra whipped cream
- slices of fresh lemon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. onlinebine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and press into a 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes. Let cool onlinepletely.

Whip heavy cream into stiff peaks and set aside. In a separate bowl, onlinebine condensed milk and frozen juice concentrate. Fold in the mixture with the whipped cream and pour on top of the cooled pie crust. Smooth out the top and place in freezer overnight or until frozen.

Set out pie a few minutes before serving and garnish with additional whipped cream and sliced lemon if desired.
Hip Tip: You’ll need a 9-inch pie pan or larger because this recipe makes a lot of filling. A short cut option would be to purchase two graham cracker crusts at the store and then stretch the filling between the 2 pies.
You could also try different flavors of frozen juice concentrate for other variations like limeade and raspberry lemonade! The heavy cream can be substituted for a tub of whipped topping like Cool Whip.
