Hip Tip: You’ll need a 9-inch pie pan or larger because this recipe makes a lot of filling. A short cut option would be to purchase two graham cracker crusts at the store and then stretch the filling between the 2 pies.

You could also try different flavors of frozen juice concentrate for other variations like limeade and raspberry lemonade! The heavy cream can be substituted for a tub of whipped topping like Cool Whip.

What a refreshing and yummy dessert!

This pie is SO good! I love the ice cream style texture with the lemony taste and sweet graham cracker crust. Enjoy!

Hi. This looks great. The directions say to place in the fridge…until frozen. I’m guessing it should say freezer.

    • Lina (Hip's Modern Martha)

Yes I will fix thanks!!! 😀👍🏻

  2. Kara

This pie is my favorite!! It’s my go-to when I need to bring a dessert.

  3. StephB

This looks SO good! I make a similar version with either a pack of lemonade kool-aid or 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice!! 😋😋

    • Jennifer

I use sugar free crystal light, store bought graham cracker crust, eagle brand milk, and cool whip. I’m sure this one tastes fresher. But if you are in a hurry and need a quick throw together pie it’s great.

      • Lina (Hip's Modern Martha)

        Great idea! Thanks Jennifer 👍

    • Lina (Hip's Modern Martha)

  5. Jenna

This is sitting in my freezer except I buy graham cracker crusts ($1 at Aldi!) and use lime juice and cool whip. Takes 5min to make and SO yum!

    • Lina (Hip's Modern Martha)

  8. Cait

Do you think this would be good with other frozen juice? Say for instance raspberry lemonade?

    • Lina (Hip's Modern Martha)

      Yes! That sounds terrific 👍

  9. Jen

I used to make a similar dessert but used a half gallon of softened vanilla ice cream and a container of defrosted lemonade concentrate. Mixed together and poured into a 9×13 graham cracker crust. Then freeze.

    • Lina (Hip's Modern Martha)

Wow! That sounds yummy too 👍 thanks Jen

  10. Brenda

Looks yummy and easy. If I used cool whip instead what size tub should I use? The small or larger size? Thank you!

    • Monica

The smaller size one, 8oz I think. 😊 I make this all the time so good!

      • Brenda

        Thank you!!

  11. mel

I make a similar recipe, except use a 9×13 rectangular dish (pyrex). It really is a huge hit at family parties, usually one of the first desserts to go, once it’s out on the table.

    • Lina (Hip's Modern Martha)

      Oh great idea!!

  12. Chris

If I use cool whip instead of heavy whipping cream, do I still use the condensed milk? And what size of cool whip tub, the egular size or large one?

  13. Mel

Mmmm!! This sounds delish! I’m never quite sure how to decorate the top of pies but I like how you did it…easy but fancy!

    • Lina (Hip's Modern Martha)

Thanks Mel! Yes super easy , tasty and pretty! 😀
