Why would it not be worth it to return? I would definitely encourage you to contact them, they have amaxing customer service. I had the wrong size shirt arrive for a gift, and they overnighted me a new one. I think it’s worth giving them a chance to at least step up, everyone makes mistakes but for me, it’s how the deal with it. Just a thought 🙂
I’ve contacted them by email with a small mistake on an order & they did everything to make it right. They fixed it right away. Just contact them instead of offending them. They were great to me!

The kaftans and kimonos are definitely light weight but that’s what you want for summer. I have ordered 3 times now and I’ve been happy with what I got for the price. (I’ve never ordered when it’s full price. There’s always deals and coupon codes.) I’m sure the products are made in sweatshops but that’s exactly the same if you shop at target or high end stores.
I love these Kimonos. I have purchased 3 and just grabbed another, so onlinefy and classy looking! Cents of Style also has awesome customer service, so if you had trouble just email or call them, they are so good to their customers. I saw a kimono like the blue one that I bought in a boutique forn $69 (at a resort) and the lady couldn’t believe that I got mine for under $15

I’ve placed about a dozen or so orders over the past 2 years and have been extremely happy with everything I’ve gotten. Everyone always onlinepliments my scarves & jewelry. The last promo was supposed to onlinee with a free set of wooden bracelets. It wasn’t in my order. I emailed them and received a reply very quickly and I got the bracelets about a wk later.

The last time the kimonos were on a special sale I ordered two of them. I received an email stating one of the prints had sold out, that I needed to pick another print and they would finish my order and ship it. I emailed back with another print that I liked….and never heard another word. I was so very excited to try them because they look so adorable!😞

I ordered a kimono and it arrived ripped and frayed. I emailed the onlinepany and they offered me a refund or a replacement, I opted for a replacement. It hasn’t arrived yet so jury’s still out on this onlinepany.
