Bloomingdales had these same Fitbits priced at about $45 last week. I tried to buy one then, and it was unavailable once I got to the checkout. I see they have dropped the price even further, and yet they are still unavailable. Those of you who’ve price matched with Nordstrom, did you just call customer service and ask them to match the price?
Will they still price match, even if they can see the item is unavailable?
Yes. That’s what I did. You have to choose the same color. Slate.

I ordered one from Nordstrom and they price matched it. Was super excited. However, the next day Nordstrom sent me an email that said the Bloomingdale’s price was a glitch and they can not honor it. Bummer! Anyone else have this happen?

Best Buy would not price match bc there was not a store with in 25 miles of me that had one available. Target does not price match Bloomingdales and Amazon only does tv’s. Just to help you all out!

I actually just called the customer service number ( 1-800-777-0000) to place my order. They showed that it was out of stock, however they were able to use another system to place my order, since it was showing available, but with technical difficulties. IF they say that their system is down ( this happened during the call, but the associate was able to find another way to place the order if it wouldn’t onlinee back up ), then they will have you go to their Macy’s website, place the order, then they will credit the form of payment that you used once the order has been shipped for the difference. For example, you would pay the 99.99 price for Macy’s, then they would credit your credit card the difference so you still get it for 29.99 ( When doing this, I reonlinemend going through Ebates to save even more). The associate was going to have me go through the Macy’s website, however her system ended up rebooting and allowed her to order it from their internal website! DEFINITELY give this a shot if you want this GREAT price!

Just say you would like to price match a fit bit on sale at Bloomingdales. They will ask you the rest.
When i called bloomingdales, i told the, that the site was having technical difficulties and i wanted to purchase this item. At first the lady said it was out of stock but she realized that the site was showing available. If they say its out of stock, I would ask them if they can go throught their macys website yo order and price match. They did not charge me for shipping when i did this.
Nordstrom price matched only in slate which is fine. Super easy peasy!! Fantastic customer service, free shipping, totally happy. Love Nordstrom’s….thank you for the heads up.

Call back and try again? Evette/Yvette (spelling?) was my customer service rep, and she was fantastic! The item number at Nordstrom is 204724. Be sure to have the Bloomingdales web ID for the same item, to make it easy. The rep will need to pull it up to verify the price and that the item is the same. She manually adjusted the price, and the order went through very quickly and easily.

I didn’t realize this was only for the bands. I thought it was an actual Fitbit. Still a super good deal! I called Nordstrom and they would have price matched, but they called Bloomingdales and Bloomingdales said they’re out of stock and it was a pricing error😞
It is for an actual Fitbit, the Flex model. It onlinees with the tracker, a charging device, and two bands (1 large, 1 small).

Just called Nordstrom and they price matched it for the color Slate. Such an awesome deal! I already got the Fitbit Charge HR from ebay a couple of weeks ago when Collin posted a deal. But I really couldn’t pass this deal, I’m sure I will be able to think of someone who I can give this to. Thanks again!
price matched at Nordstrom online chat! pretty easy! she even asked me what color I want and I still picked slate. Maybe you could get a different color.

I am not sure what the Amazon reviews say, but we bought two of these through Amazon in 2014. My husband and I have been using them for close to two years. We love them. The bands may eventually break and have to be replaced, but they are not expensive. (I think a 3/pack is about $30.) My husband even lost his at the beach, and Fitbit replaced it at no charge to us. We like this basic device to track or steps and sleep. We both like to wear our watches, so we opted for bands without time displays.
How did you get Fitbit to replace it? I lost mine after only wearing it for 3 weeks, I was so bummed. I lost it at the mall and contacted Fitbit but no luck. I hated the band and never felt it locked into place good 😕
My wife tried purchasing through Nordstroms online. They said that if Bloomies was out of stock, they couldn’t honor the price. Is this correct? Did anyone else run into this? Thx!
I price matched thru nordstroms yesterday without a problem, gpt confirmation email, etc. But just now I received an email saying that the price was a glutch on bloomingdales website and so now they will not honor the pricematch!!! I haven’t heard of any glitch! I thought it was just a great clearance deal?! I am so bummed- I was really excited about getting a fitbit!!! 😭😭😭😭

I just got off the phone with Nordstroms it was the vendor that cancelled the orders they said the vendor looked into it and said the price was wrong on Bloomingdales site a little strange since it was up for two days. So was it wrong or does the vendor just not want to price match we will never know.
