  my local michael store will only take joann coupon up to 50% off, NOT 60 or 20% off total purchase coupon from joann.

  It really depends on the cashier. Sometimes I get 50% taken off. Last 2 times, the cashier took off 60% without my saying a word. I wish they would be more consistent.

  Yes. You can use them together (in the same transaction), just not on the same item.

   I show them coupons posted on retail me not on my phone and they take them off. Joann, AcMoore and Hobby Lobby are the ones that I use.
