I never get emails from Panera even though I have an account and their app on my phone and confirmed they have my email and I have Yes checked for receiving emails and promotions. I don’t even see where how many visits it would take to get this reward. All I see is I need 3 more visits until my next reward. What am I doing wrong?

Is your Panera account linked to a Hotmail/Outlook account? I had my Chickfila account (and other store accounts) linked to my Hotmail account and didn’t receive emails. I switched my Chickfila email address to Yahoo and now I get emails from Chickfila. Hotmail has very strict spam filters. You can Google it.

Two visits for me yay! Sorry for others needing ten (!). Maybe it has to do with how often you go already, I can’t remember the last time I went so they’re probably tying to get people like me back in (and it may work).
As a current panera associate, I can tell you that a visit could be anywhere from a bagel to a meal..you are not required to spend a lot per visit. 👍

Yah I think Panera is crazy sometimes. Mine said 5 visits! If you already don’t go there very often they’re not really enticing me to go in by telling me I need to spend tons more money just to get something free!
