Ingredients
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 7 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- hot chocolate toppings: candy canes, marshmallows, whipped cream, white chocolate, & sprinkles etc.
Directions

Pour and then whisk all of the ingredients (other than the toppings) together in the slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low for about 2 hours until chocolate is melted.

Make sure to whisk a few times occasionally during the 2-hour period and whisk again before serving.
