  Not sure what you are asking. But they have fabulous customer service. They replaced mine free of charge after I was having battery issues after 5 mo of use.

  They have replaced my Flex numerous (five or so) times due to various issues – loss, wouldn’t charge, strap ripped, wouldn’t respond at all. They have great customer service, but the number of replacements I have had in 16 months can show you the quality of this product.

  Whose customer service are you referring to? Fitbit or Ebay? And did you purchase directly from Fitbit? And how did you get them to replace one that was lost as my bf just “misplaced” his?

  I had this version before I upgraded to the Charge. What I liked about it is that the trackers onlinees out of the band. If you want to wear it while going out to dinner, you can purchase a bracelet like holder from Tory Burch. If you lose weight, you can swap out bands. It also buzzes when you walk 10,000 miles. Their customer services is far above par and a true pleasure to deal with. The biggest thing I really appreciate about this product is FB is windows friends. The Jawbone, for example, is app’d based only.

   Can anybody tell me if this will monitor blood sugars at night? Not sure what the sleep part of this is?

  It does not monitor blood sugars but it can tell you how well you slept. Hope that helps!
