Tips for making this skillet cookie recipe:
- This recipe works best in an 8 or 9-inch oven-proof skillet. Today I used my scratch-resistant 8-inch HexClad skillet, and love the results. I have also used a cast iron skillet before too.
- Feel free to create similar versions with other add-ins. Walnuts would have been great in this cookie. Next time we will make a yummy M&Ms version by adding candy instead of chocolate chips.
- If your oven runs hotter than usual, be sure to keep on eye on this as it’s best when slightly under cooked and soft!
