It’s a manufacturer’s coupon so it may be used at any store that carries the products. Walmart is just a suggestion.

I saw these products at Dollar Tree yesterday so free after coupon! I didn’t notice which products they had but seemed like they had a whole section of NYC products.

That’s odd that it took so long to load. The coupon displays in the upper right corner while the video is playing and in the lower right corner once it’s onlineplete. Hope that helps!

I couldn’t see the coupon either after watching the video so I went back through Collin’s second link (the link mentioning the coupon) and for some reason it brought up the coupon when the first link/video did not.

It told me the coupon had been printed the number of times or the offer had ended when I said “get coupon”. I tried again and it said “Sorry you have printed this coupon the allowed number of times”…which…I didn’t even get one print. 🙁

It told me the same “already printed” when I tried to get them to print. I hadn’t printed any at all. I tried on my notebook and it printed 2 but my big onlineputer won’t print any.

I love their liquid eyeliner marker. I have tried a lot of brands including some of the more expensive ones, and this and the E.L.F. are my favorites (and also the most wallet-friendly)!

Thanks, Collin!! Printed it!! (Just wanted to share, was watching some youtube videos and some places actually consider NYC as a high end brand and sell them over cosmetic departments), I just thought it was interesting since we get them sometimes free or really cheap.
