   I called them when I received the cancellation email. Several people told me that they cannot fulfill the orders at this price because the sale went viral on social media and they received thousands and thousands of orders. They are unable to fill the products at this price. In other words, they did not expect that so many people would onlinee to their site and ordered and now that they had too many orders, they are not WILLING to lose profits on selling the products at this discounted price. They refused to do anything to honor the orders (even though the products are available on their websites but at the $14 price). They told me they would be happy to place a new order for me for this product but at the regular price. What poor business practice and shady onlinepany. I will never buy from them again.

   I got the same email today too, saying they’ll ship it. Checked my paypal acct and they cancelled the payment, never notified me that they weren’t fulfilling my order. Think they will put through a charge later when they ship it?

   My sister got the email which stated that they were honoring her price once the manufacture can fill the order, but I received an email that stated that it was a price mistake and that the manufacture COULD NOT fill the order and offered me a whopping 10% of coupon. The kicker? We ordered at the same time sitting next to each other. My issue is not that they canceled mine (which sucks), but they blatantly LIED to me. What a dishonest onlinepany!!

   Has anyone heard anything new? I had an email a couple weeks ago saying that they were going to honor the price and it would ship at the end of the week (it obviously didn’t). My credit card was charged at one point in time, but then the charge disappeared only to reappear yesterday. So now I’m wondering if maybe they ARE going to be shipping my order, or….? When I check my order history, it shows that I place an order on 6/25, but it doesn’t say what the order is or the status.
