    I ordered my husband a wallet from here and I think the quality is terrible! Anyone else experience this? These items are not the same as the coach outlet near me.

      I agree! I bought a purse and when I took it out, it was not as I imagined!! A bit smaller then the picture and the quality seemed very cheap!!!

      I have not had any issues with my purses from here. If you have a Coach Outlet near you, you can take it there and they will replace it 100%.

      They are not the same, factory purses are made for the factory stores, but I heard they are still good quality, well the onlinepany states its the same quality

        Quality depends. In gerenal FP (full price) items are better quality than MFF (made for Factory). Both online and outlets are filled with way more MFF items than FP. When online try keyword search “reserve”, you’ll get the FP items. When in store just look at the creed inside a handbag, if there’s an “F” right after the dash, it’s 99% MFF. That been said, Coach has improved the MFF quality so I it would not stop me from purchasing them. Keep receipt coz they do stand behind their products and you’ve very likely to have an item repaired/exchanged/refunded if it should fall apart.

      I am on the fence about coach factory. I bought a silver purse and the color wore off the handles and bottom in a few months. I threw it away. I also bought a black leather bag and have used it for a few months and it still looks great! I do not reonlinemend the light colored fabric. No matter how hard I tried I couldn’t keep it clean.

        I bought a metallic leather bag at the outlet store, and within three months the metallic color had worn off my bag around the straps. I took the receipt and the bag back and they happily did an exchange for me! Coach is great about standing behind their products!

    Do not order if you want it for christmas present!!!!!! I ordered 2 items on Sunday paid extra to get it delivered on time and only received one item they are saying that as soon as they get the second item they will overnight it to make up for it but that they do not guarantee it to be here by Christmas, really? Make up for it? I paid extra for it!!!! And now i will not have that item which it was supposed to be for my boss. So ipset!

    All Coach is now made in CHINA fyi. They bought a onlinepany that was doing a really good job of making fakes, and made it the legit onlinepany. Do your research folks.
