Hi Jai,

Not sure if this will help you, but I had some errors and discovered the process worked much better in Safari rather than Firefox. Perhaps the site is not optimized for all browsers.

Got it but when checking out I got a screen check out was temporarily unavailable.
Anyone else get this?

I got them. IE9 didn’t work at the PearTree website, but Chome worked great. No problem with getting free shipping. Once the code was put in it automatically changed to free shipping.

I got my code, made my label and it gave me an error code saying try back later when I went to check out. I tried again and it said my code was no longer valid…. BOOO!!!
