It seems, after Googling, that the rebate form prints at the bottom of the receipt. Would like to know the limits, etc. if anyone finds out.

I wasn’t able to get the rebate form at Big Lots today. I bought the item and they told me that the manager will call me back monday morning
I got the same. No forms left them my phone number and they would call me. So far no call back.

I bought 8 batteries and Big Lots did not have the rebate forms to hand out. Told me to call back later this week to see if they could “find” them. Why advertise them if you can’t give out the rebate coupons at the same time you purchase the batteries?
