Did that to me too. I X out of the website onlinepletely and retried it and it worked.
i have tried it every time that its been listed and it has not ever worked… was hoping this time.. but NO…
It was doing it to me….I closed it and reopened and it worked fine.
Next button didn’t work for me either. Then instead of using the link provided above, I went directly to Target’s website. Worked that way!
Mine did it too, but then I hit the refresh icon and started over… once I did that it worked for me. I hope this helps 🙂

I originally tried to request the sample using Internet Explorer. It locked up twice. Ugh! Safari worked like a charm on the first try. Can’t wait for my samples!! Thanks, Collin!
I tried in IE and GoogleChrome, its not working, can’t press the first Next button either…
The next button wouldn’t work for me either, but I just tried again and it finally worked.
Just keep trying and answer no when asked if you have ever tried the Starbucks cups or it will say you don’t qualify. It took me about 10 minutes but I finally got it to work. Maybe site is getting slammed.

I tried both chrome and firefox. I did have to close my browser and retry, about 3 times. It eventually worked on chrome.
