They are case sensitive – and if I remember correctly, you had to have a capital and a number or something. Took me a few tries today as well 🙂

I went in to request this and in the feedback box I said they should just automatically send these out to people who are already registered instead of making everyone fill out all the info again

I can’t stand this P&G website. I have been locked out of my account for months and i send an email EVERY time to try and get it fixed. They NEVER respond and it still NOT fixed!! Glad to hear others can get the book.

i requested a sample a couple of weeks ago and now it says i have to wait for the next quarter. so i guess we can’t get a free sample and free coupons.
