Is this only for Canada? When I fill in the address info it only has Canadian provinces listed

if you are only getting Canada Provinces instead of States to choose from Uni Ball made this onlinement “Anyone on the first page, you need to change the top right hand corner drop down menu from English US to English CA.”

So make sure that yours says * English US for States
and *English CA for Canada

I did this before, several days in a row, I ended up getting like 4 free mechanical pencils….really nice ones!!! although, I couldn’t read a single thing on the package they came in LOL!!!
