   This app wont let me get points when I walk into stores. It just keeps saying that it can’t find the signal. I must have walked in and out of old navy like 50 times trying to get it to work the other day!

  I think there is a way to take a picture of the sign at Old Navy that has shopkick on it?!! Thats how I got my simon mall entry kicks!

   I must have done something wrong – I signed up but I did not get the 25.00 from Restuarant .online? Do I need to cancel and register? It says that I am already registered.

    I don’t have a smart phone but do have an I-Pod Touch. Can I participate in this somehow? I’m unable to work but this would helpmy family alot

  I dont think it will work unless you have 3G service (like cell phones do)

  I have an iPad and dowloaded the app, but because the stores don’t have free wi-fi my iPad couldn’t connect to the program once I was out and about : ( I was super sad!

  You will need to use WiFi or 3G with an iPod Touch. If you have the latest generation and a contract you’re good to go. If you have an older model, then you need to pick up local wifi from a store or restaurant to be able to use. Very limited capacity but will allow you to search areas when you are at your favorite coffee or lunch place.

    i have an iphone and i already had the app and looked to see if there was an update and there was not, nor do i have anything that says watch tv…pls advise how to do this?
