Same here. I have been doing this for a least 2 years and you don’t get pick a lot. I think they have too many people signed up and not enough samples.

Does anyone get the message “Your account was not activated yet” when you try to log in? I’ve been a member for years and have received samples many times in the past, but for the last few months I’ve been getting this message.

Same here I been a member for years. Last year I e-mail them never got a answer so I Message them on face book here is what I got The customer support team at [email protected] will be able to assist you 🙂 Now I got to e-mail them again. I don’t know if it’s worth the trouble.

Got a confirmation email saying my box is confirmed and will ship soon. But 20 mins later I get another email saying I’m not eligible for the samples.

Same. I can log in but says I don’t match anything. It has been that way for months. Seems like they aren’t getting new samples to give out. I have a coupon for free cheese that they sent months back. I have looked for it at Whole Foods, Walmart, Target, Albertson’s and Aldi’s multiple times and it is not there.

Yeah, following most of you…I didn’t quality for anything either :/ I do all the reviews on time, and that’s all I do. I honestly don’t have time to onlineplete coins, etc. maybe that is what they’re looking for?? I am thankful for the samples I do receive though

I agree with everyone’s onlinements. I used to get samples, but for the past several months, this has been a onlineplete bust. The offers I do get require signing up for a trial or something I don’t want to do. I unsubscribed to their emails.

As soon as I onlinepleted a task and paid $1.00 (I chose to do the credit score task) I go to claim my sample and it tells me my box expired.
I’m done.
